Album PUBLIC PROPERTY from Kiizo arrives with 13 tracks that keep the credit clear and the titles loud. Most of the set moves in K-Pop, with a single Pop turn on HEADLINE (feat. Sabrina) and an R'n'B closer on KIIZO, UNFILTERED.
Across PUBLIC PROPERTY, OFF THE RECORD, BAD IDEA, RIGHT TIME, NO COMMENT, and PRIVATE NUMBER, the tracklist stays focused on names that read like headlines. CAMERA READY, DON’T QUOTE ME, GLASS HOUSE, FAMOUS ENOUGH, AFTER THE FLASH, and WHO DO YOU THINK I AM? complete the K-Pop run before the final shift. In its first cycle, PUBLIC PROPERTY reaches 6007536 streams in Wonderlife, adding a clear metric to the album run.
